Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on orders over $139 to Australia, the USA, the UK, and Canada. Please note, free shipping applies only to orders that meet or exceed the $139 threshold. Rest assured, we prioritize fast shipping and will select the quickest courier service available to ensure your order arrives on time.

Economy, Standard & Express Deliveries

We are happy to ship to most countries. However, shipping methods and charges vary by destination. We do not ship to countries such as Israel, Russia, India, Iraq, Iran, or other OFAC-sanctioned regions. Please review our list of supported countries at checkout to confirm if we can ship to your location.

Economy Deliveries: We deliver our parcels within 20 - 25 business days.

Standard Deliveries: Most orders are shipped within 10 business days. In some cases, shipments may take up to 15 business days, depending on the destination.

Express Deliveries: For faster delivery, we offer premium shipping options through services like FedEx, DHL, TNT, and others, with delivery in 3-5 business days. We reserve the right to choose the fastest available courier service to ensure timely delivery.

Delivery Duty & Customs Fees

All international orders are shipped under Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU). This means that customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and import fees upon delivery. We recommend that you check your country’s customs regulations and charges before placing your order to avoid any surprises.

Order Confirmation & Tracking

Once we receive your payment, you will receive an order confirmation email. We will ship your order carefully and securely, and we will provide you with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. You can use this tracking information to stay updated on the status of your shipment.

Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to PO, FPO, or APO box addresses. To ensure secure delivery, we require a signature upon receipt of your order. Please ensure the delivery address is correct and complete.

Customer Responsibility for Delivery Issues

Once your order has shipped, it is your responsibility to monitor the tracking status. If the courier company is unable to deliver your package due to your unavailability or any other reason, please contact the courier directly to arrange a redelivery or pickup. If the package is returned or destroyed due to multiple failed delivery attempts, we will not be responsible for the loss.

We recommend you track your order regularly to avoid any potential delivery issues.

Damages

You can exchange the product if you find it damaged in transit. Please get in touch with our Customer Support at hello@jacketart.com for this process.

Warehouse Disclosure

We operate a global network of warehouses, strategically located across various regions to ensure efficient shipping and delivery. Our warehouses are situated in the United States, United Arab Emirates, and Pakistan. As such, your parcel will be shipped from one of these locations, depending on your order and shipping requirements.
